Ulcerative Colitis | What I Ate to Optimize My Gut Health

In this video, I break down the key nutritional principles and daily habits that helped me make significant improvements in my gut health after IBD. Throughout this process, I’ve described my experience dealing with ulcerative colitis using different terms, but I now focus on using the most accurate language possible to describe my long-term state of digestive health. Since making these changes, I’ve been able to eat a full range of foods without the gut issues I previously dealt with.
