Homemade Kefir | Rebuild Your Gut Microbiome

Kefir is an incredible probiotic fermented beverage that was an essential component of my gut microbiome optimizing protocol that allowed me to achieve clinical remission from a severe case of Ulcerative Colitis nearly four years ago. This is how I make it.
